Computers Beyond Beginners

This group is for members with access to a computer with internet, who are able to get onto the internet, send and receive emails with attachments, and who want to expand their computer knowledge and skills in a relaxed and friendly way by being in easy email contact with other computer users.

The group uses our own private 'Yahoogroup' ( 'bfu3acbb') to keep in touch. It is easy to ask or answer questions or join in the 'online' email discussions. In addition, occasional informal face to face meetings are held, in locations such as the 'Look In' Cafe in Bracknell.

If you can use email ok and would like to join but perhaps do not know what yahoo is, or need help to join up, then help will be gladly given - this is no problem,
you do not have to be an expert.
Note: The 'Yahoogroup' facility is one of many facilities that Yahoo offers on the internet. To use any of these, including Groups, you will need to sign up with Yahoo for a free Yahoo identity (ID).

Discussion topics can also make use of the internet for information. Topics are usually suggested by group members who also take part in the discussions. You may know that online groups are a convenient and enjoyable way of communicating with friends about mutual interests and problems.

Please discuss this with the Coordinator, Alan Cocks who will be very happy to talk about things.
